Mount Holyoke Inn, Holyoke

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a refrigerator, which was convenient, but the heating was inadequate and the customer service was disappointing. On the positive side, the service was prompt and friendly. The location was quiet and convenient for our outings, although some aspects needed updating. The dining experience was pleasant with a fantastic breakfast menu. Overall, there were some highs and lows during my stay.

I was thrilled with the spacious room that offered a view of the woods and Connecticut River, making it perfect for planning our trip. However, the presence of moldy smell from the carpets and 'soft spots' on the floor dampened the experience.
